Implement more obvious gallery on package details pages
Description
The gallery is currently just a on click toggle then left/right navigation for the main image. This should be an actually gallery on the page with thumbnails to click to expand or a slider of gallery entries.

This is already pretty obvious at the top, but it's just the toggle modal window usage enlargened. It should be a left/right scroller instead of needing to use a modal popup here.

Also improve the media tab usage while creating/editing a package. It's currently just a text input to supply a URL. This should also support being able to use Joomla media.
