Implement parameter to toggle profile link on formatname and avatar fields

Description
These fields force profile link unless overridden by something like a userlist setting. This should be more dynamic. It either needs to turn off the link if the viewing user has no access to the profile or there needs to be a parameter to configure it to behave that way.
