Implementing a floating download bundle button
Description
This would float with the page as you scrolled instead of being at the bottom of the page. This would allow you to select 3 plugins and download without scrolling all the way down. For mobile this would just be fixed to the bottom of the window.

Using sticky positioning it will now float if window is scrolled above or below its location. Needs a different color other than primary OR inline download buttons need a different color than primary as it blends in too much with other download buttons.
