Implement Name Format option for First Name and first letter of Last Name
Description
This is useful for showing more personalized names, but without exposing last name.

Then, related, while at it, having
- first letter of first name would also make sense.
- And first letter of first name and first letter of last name too.

Following name styles were implemented. Examples next to each based off a name of John Doe.
First Name Only = John
Last Name Only = Doe
First Name and Last Initial = John D.
First Initial and Last Name = J. Doe
First and Last Initial = JD
