Description

Improve buttons, icons, and various usages throughout core CB that are not mobile compatible. Any icon based links used should be finger radius compatible. Replace all dropdown menu usages with large ellipsis icons. Replace all search-on-change behavior with search-on-submit (press enter or click submit search button). Replace all form-paging with link-paging.
