User params lost if no longer available during profile edit

Description
If a user has a language selected at registration, but user params are not available during profile edit then on profile update their language selection is lost. When building the values to store user params it should take into account existing selection.
- Priority changed from Normal to Low
We're already loading the users existing user parameters and binding them to the Joomla form. So this might only be happening if the params field is completely missing.

Was not able to confirm. Removed params from profile edit, saved, enabled again, went back to profile edit, and my params selection remains. Might have been fixed by J2.5 support removal. Rejecting since unable to confirm.
