Initials avatars 10px smaller than squared defaults
Description
The initials avatars are limited to a width of 80px and 160px. When the padding from img-thumbnail is added the padding pushes inwards instead of outwards like for img tags due to the width style being set. Increase both sizes by 10px if img-thumbnail class is present.
