Improve install from web home page to suppress main plugins integrations if main plugin is present

Description
If the home page has the CBSubs core plugin preset under new and popular then suppress displaying its sub-plugins there to prevent CBSubs from filling up new and popular entirely. Review maybe doing same for GJ.
