Implement database tools check for _users columns in _comprofiler

Description
Some backup tools and 3rd party extensions seam to be altering _comprofiler table and adding _users columns to _comprofiler, which breaks user objects. Add a tools check for this to the existing users database tools check to be sure this hasn't happened and offer a fix to remove those columns.
