Implement static color option for canvas and avatars

Description
Currently the initials based usage generates unique colors based off initials. It could be useful to support supply a static color instead.
- Target version changed from CB 2.7.3 to CB 2.7.4

- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Implemented in MR !1816
A new option for Specific Color is now available. For avatar this will display their initials with the specific color as the image. For canvas you can select the specific primary color AND the gradient color.
