CB 1.4 alpha : Backend: CB User Manager user editing email without changes always results in email address error message by ajax

Description
When editing a user from CB User Manager backend and tabbing through the email address you always get:
This email is already registered, maybe by yourself.
This does not happen in J15

Could not confirm, receive the same message on Joomla 1.5 and Joomla 1.6 when attempting to create a user with an email address that is already registered. Please check that the email address being entered is now already used.

Allof us have backend access to this.
Just go edit any backend user from CB User Manager and tab through the contact info fields.
You will see the image attached.
This does not happen on J1.5.22 / CB 1.3.1 (tested it on Joomlapolis).
