and reproduced with:

CB 1.7.1
J 1.7.2
K 1.7.0

made a post in a registered only forum category and was able to see it on a forum tab in cb profile as a guest viewer.
ofc when i clicked on the link kunena jumped in to ask me to login.

same test case has been solved looks like in CB Forum plugin in incubator area.
