Usergroup names go straight from database to display in controller.user.php (lines 239-248) to view.users.php (line 487) as $row->groupname.

Added same translation (JText) that's applied to usergroups when building a list for drop-downs, etc..

Joomla does not support translations of user-groups, and they are not translated in any language file (Nick checked German, I checked French).

So this bug report (and patch) is rejected.

Sorry about the work for nothing Kyle, which language did you test against btw ?
