Notice: Only variable references should be returned by reference in administrator/components/com_comprofiler/plugin.foundation.php on line 1019

That's a bug in CB

When clicking on View button in VAT/Tax report area
actually any invoice popup has this

it's only starting in CBSubs 1.3.0 RC2 that we use that function of CB that in that way and hit this small bug notice without any consequences (except the notice display if not disabled).
