closedTools Database Checker keeps reporting MYISAM usage
Description
On a CB 1.9.1 site that has been upgraded to CB 2.0 RC (latest build of 05/08/2014) running the Tools database checker gives:
Core CB Database structure differences:

Table #__comprofiler_fields Storage Engine is MyISAM instead of InnoDB
Table #__comprofiler_lists Storage Engine is MyISAM instead of InnoDB
Table #__comprofiler_members Storage Engine is MyISAM instead of InnoDB
Table #__comprofiler_plugin Storage Engine is MyISAM instead of InnoDB
Table #__comprofiler_tabs Storage Engine is MyISAM instead of InnoDB
Table #__comprofiler_userreports Storage Engine is MyISAM instead of InnoDB
Table #__comprofiler_views Storage Engine is MyISAM instead of InnoDB
Table #__comprofiler_sessions Storage Engine is MyISAM instead of InnoDB
Table #__comprofiler_ratings Storage Engine is MyISAM instead of InnoDB
The Core CB database structure differences can be fixed (adjusted) by clicking here: Click here to Fix (adjust) all Core CB database differences listed above (you can also Click here to preview fixing (adjusting) queries in a dry-run), but in all cases you need to backup database first as this adjustment is changing the database structure to match the needed structure for the installed version.
