Mass mailer does not send emails
Description
Tested with CB 2.0 RC2 I tried to send a mass mail from CB User Manager and even though everything reported ok nothing was received.
Joomla mass mailing worked.
You can test this on the cb20 demosite.

- Status changed from Assigned to Rejected
Bad email during testing - works - so rejecting on my own.
