Description
Would be a great improvement as it can be used in multiple use cases.
Of course the new fields should accespt CB substitutions.

Implemented in MR !1177
You can specify additional To addresses using a comma separated list of email addresses. Additionally substitution supported comma separated CC and BCC. Mass Mailer can also now be used without having to select users so you can simply use it to send emails in batches to specified email addresses.
