Plugin Management publish button and publish toggle not working
Description
On Plugin Management page clicking on the publish/unpublish icon in a column of a plugin results in an error message of the form:
Error
This field can not toggle: setfield
Similar error if a plugin row is checked and the Publish / Unpublis toolbar button is clicked.
