Description
Creating a new user list and clicking save takes you to a success message page that does not have Close button.

Same issue when you import in CBSubs.
That was the goal of the "Continue..." link that Kyle suppressed in a MR last week to make plugins installation look nice.
We probably should restore it in some form.
