Groupjive lightbox not working on CB 2.0 RC3

Description
Lightbox is enabled in GroupJive Photo configuration area.
However lightbox effect does not work in frontend - instead the image opens in a new tab.
- Status changed from Assigned to Rejected
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Issue is due to fatal error from GJ Events timepicker conflicting with core timepicker usage. Fixed in GJ master for next GJ release already.
