Confirmation resend does not support HTML
Description
As reported here:

With latest CB 2.0.2 nightly the confirmation resend process (frontend and backend) does not handle html tags.
Example email received for resend:
YOUR_REGISTRATION_IS_PENDING_APPROVAL_MESSAGE
