This is a minor (imo) issue reported here:
https://www.joomlapolis.com/forum/145-community-builder/228503-name-format-settings-and-details-on-profile-edit

and verified by me on a CB 2.0.5 latest build.

Regardless if Username field Show on Profile setting is set to No, the visibility icon (in edit mode) always indicates that the field is visible.
